These are made with ground turkey, but can be made with any ground meat. Serve with pasta or rice and a greek salad and enjoy!
Greek Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 egg
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- ½ cup feta
- ¼ cup sun dried tomatoes, oil drained
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Form into 8 small meatballs or 4 large ones.
- Cook in the air fryer or oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 18-20 minutes until golden brown, or until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit.
